I am excited when I see the level of compliance with the technology in town. Kudos Sirs. However, I discovered the returns file needs adjustment as to other columns like pension which do affect PAYE computation.
Also, of importance is how to make payment seamless and generation of virtual receipt possible. We can achieve more when we make the process easier.
Than you for your response. We appreciate the feedback.
The column named “Others” covers all considerations like State/National/Contributory Pensions/Health Schemes. Individual organizations are also allowed to contribute more columns, thats why the only format allowed is MS Excel. Payments can be made online using your preferred means of payment after generating Payer ID and IPN.
The tax exempt granted in the column for Payee I believe is our normal consolidated Relief Allowance (CRF).
Secondly in a case were salary was increased during year e g January – June old salary
July – December new salary should both be split into two(2) excel work book.
